This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Delivers direct patient care focusing on medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments.
• Educates patients about medications, including their risks, benefits, and realistic outcome expectations.
• Collaborates effectively with support staff to ensure clear patient communication and follow-up.
• Engages in treatment team meetings to contribute to collaborative care.
• Assists Medical Directors with tasks that require patient interaction as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Medical Director.

• This role is structured for 40 hours per week, with an expectation of 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours.
• Ability to support the Charlie Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis; remote-friendly.
• Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric/Mental Health from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a PMHNP; experience in IOP, PHP, and/or IP settings is preferred.
• Experience interacting with a diverse age range, including children, teens, young adults, and adults.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services.
• Proficient communication and collaboration abilities with medical staff, patients, clinical support, and administrative personnel.
• Competence in using electronic health records.
• Requires computer and internet proficiency, including skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
