This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee all HR/Payroll workstreams related to PST across ES HR/Payroll applications, ensuring consistency with program timelines, dependencies, and scope.

• Act as the main point of contact between PST Program teams, ES HR/Payroll, Corporate Payroll, and Business Unit stakeholders.

• Ensure that HR/Payroll requirements, dependencies, and design decisions are thoroughly documented, communicated, and integrated into the PST solution design and development.

• Track the progress of HR/Payroll deliverables, identifying risks, gaps, and cross-functional impacts; initiate mitigation actions as necessary.

• Support integration across HR/Payroll boundary systems, ensuring proper governance, issue escalation, and compliance with PST processes (CRs, QR0/QR1, design checkpoints, etc.).

• Facilitate the coordination of configuration, testing, cutover, and readiness activities among HR/Payroll teams to achieve release milestones.

• Prepare and present status updates, materials, and executive-level communications pertaining to HR/Payroll program initiatives.

• Ensure that HR/Payroll functional teams adhere to PST standards, including documentation, process transitions, and data requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

• Strong comprehension of HR and Payroll processes, systems, and integrations.

• Capability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a complex program setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in preparing materials for senior leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, monitor deliverables, and enforce accountability.

• Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives.
