This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee a range of daily operations concerning the integration and functioning of Motorola's radio communication system
β’ Adhere to ITIL-based methodologies, manage incidents, and take the lead in various meetings
β’ Develop and sustain dashboards and tracking tools for client use
β’ Deliver proficient support and engage in effective communication with our clients, subcontractors, and team members
β’ At least 2 years of experience in radio communications and/or IT
β’ Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
β’ Strong skills in logical reasoning, diagnostics, and effective communication
β’ Familiarity with equipment utilized in communication systems
β’ Experience with standard office applications (mainly MS Word and Excel, in addition to Google Workspace)
