PSEP Process Owner – Process Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee a range of daily operations concerning the integration and functioning of Motorola's radio communication system

• Adhere to ITIL-based methodologies, manage incidents, and take the lead in various meetings

• Develop and sustain dashboards and tracking tools for client use

• Deliver proficient support and engage in effective communication with our clients, subcontractors, and team members

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in radio communications and/or IT

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken

• Strong skills in logical reasoning, diagnostics, and effective communication

• Familiarity with equipment utilized in communication systems

• Experience with standard office applications (mainly MS Word and Excel, in addition to Google Workspace)
