Provisioning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end execution of low-touch product expansions.

• Handle customer inquiries and manage order fulfillment with minimal involvement from Account Managers.

• Determine pricing solutions and implement authorized discounts.

• Uphold the commercial integrity of transactions and ensure deals are successfully closed.

• Assess client technical requirements and configure suitable WorkWave database environments.

• Analyze implementation data to enhance onboarding configuration methodologies for the platform.

• Lead the activation of WorkWave Payments functionality across customer accounts.

• Evaluate risks, technical readiness, and financial compliance prior to activation.

• Develop and manage client registration strategies for A2P 10DLC text messaging compliance.

• Stay updated on evolving industry regulations and ensure alignment of customer and platform.

• Establish, maintain, and enforce governance policies regarding service scope and resource allocation.

• Analyze service requests, assess business impacts, and approve, reject, or reroute non-standard requests.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve provisioning delays and ensure seamless transitions to customer success.

• Prior experience in managing or analyzing workflows within enterprise CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and SaaS ecosystems.
