
Provider Touch Specialist – Lead Assistant Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to provider audits, claims reimbursement status, and service-related issues.
• Deliver training and education on the submission of claims audit records, including timelines and procedural guidelines.
• Support providers in maximizing their use of the portal and comprehending service improvements.
• Identify and rectify operational inefficiencies while applying data-driven solutions.
• Investigate and resolve intricate claims problems, ensuring prompt and effective communication regarding resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tools, resources, and support systems for providers.
• Leverage business acumen and sound judgment to navigate ambiguous scenarios and handle non-standard requests.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with providers, ensuring their needs are met in alignment with company policies.
• Contribute to the success of the Provider Touch Team by promoting collaboration and improving the overall experience for providers.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare or managed care environments.
• At least 3 years of experience directly interacting with providers.
• Intermediate understanding of claims processing and auditing procedures.
• Strong foundation in claims processing.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport and sustain positive relationships.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in PC skills and data processing software applications.
