This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Act as a primary relationship manager for transportation providers within a designated market.
• Establish and nurture effective provider relationships at both local and regional levels.
• Represent the company in discussions with provider partners to oversee performance and discover collaborative solutions.
• Make decisions pertaining to provider relations and everyday operational requirements.
• Oversee transportation execution across all modalities for the assigned region.
• Track provider performance against essential metrics, including safety, punctual delivery/pickup, reroutes, compliance, trip acceptance, timely departures, prompt arrivals, digital compliance, and complaints.
• Spot opportunities for enhancement through sustained communication with providers and data analysis.
• Utilize information from various systems to uncover root causes and take action to rectify issues within the network.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to minimize reroutes, missed trips, provider complaints, and member dissatisfaction.
• Facilitate training sessions for providers and departmental personnel on policies, procedures, processes, portals, and system updates.
• Elevate concerns that necessitate input from cross-functional teams or senior management.
• Advocate for safety and compliance to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.
• Engage in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Zero (0) or more years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on creating a positive experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with non-emergency transportation brokerage is advantageous.
• Knowledge of proprietary software or the capacity to quickly learn new systems.
