This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete deployment of the Cadence solution at the practice level, ensuring alignment of platform capabilities with existing provider workflows and promoting clinician and patient adoption from the launch through to steady-state operations.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with physicians, care teams, and clinic administrators within assigned health system partners, acting as the primary escalation point and ongoing contact.
• Track provider engagement metrics and adoption data, present performance reports during regularly scheduled meetings, and leverage those insights to drive behavioral changes and enhance outcomes at the practice level.
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within current partner organizations, revealing new patient populations and conditions where Cadence can enhance care delivery.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to create repeatable processes that enable Cadence to scale effectively across both existing and new health system relationships.
• Work alongside internal Product and Care Delivery teams to integrate provider feedback into platform enhancements, ensuring that Cadence continually evolves its technology and services in response to genuine clinical needs.
• Navigate complex clinical settings independently, identifying workflow gaps, escalating issues when necessary, and implementing solutions that are sustainable across the partnership.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, project leadership, or healthcare customer service within pharmacy, provider-facing, or clinical support environments.
• A bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to establish credible relationships with both clinical and administrative stakeholders while managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
• A history of surpassing performance targets in field-based, goal-oriented environments where outcomes are tracked and results are owned from start to finish.
• Comfort with operating independently in a high-travel position - national travel to provider sites two to three nights per week is a mandatory requirement; candidates must live within a commutable distance of a major airport.
• Willingness to travel regularly for work, including by car; candidates must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a dependable personal vehicle for local travel.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and web-based collaboration tools, coupled with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to influencing provider engagement and outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (such as Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms) and comfort in applying them to structured workflows, reporting, and process documentation.
