This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve and surpass activity and output objectives.
• Take responsibility for the skill development of representatives, identifying barriers to their success and working towards overcoming them.
• Systematically review call and meeting recordings, provide feedback, and conduct dedicated feedback sessions to reinforce best practices within the team.
• Manage the team's daily and weekly activity scorecard, recognize negative trends early, and convert them into coaching opportunities or escalate issues to the Director.
• Participate in the interview process for new hires and oversee the execution of onboarding and ramp-up milestones for new team members.
• Implement performance management processes in close collaboration with the Director.
• Cultivate a positive, high-accountability team culture that embodies Nourish's values and maintains high standards.
• Over 1 year of experience in people management, leading a team of sellers (SDR, BDR, AE, or recruiters) within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong understanding of sales management principles, including pipeline hygiene, input metrics, performance management, and representative development.
• Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and ramping new sales personnel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a history of quickly establishing trust with team members.
• Ability to utilize CRM data (especially Salesforce) to derive insights and guide your coaching focus.
• Bonus: Experience in selling to or collaborating with healthcare professionals.
