Provider Recruiting Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for applicants, developing an in-depth understanding of Nourish’s value proposition, policies, and procedures to effectively engage with RDs.

• Enhance applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups that boost offer acceptance rates.

• Spearhead outbound recruiting initiatives targeting our top priority prospects through personalized emails and calls.

• Oversee the recruiting inbox and provide prompt, professional responses to applicant inquiries.

• Monitor and evaluate key recruiting metrics to enhance funnel conversion and guide hiring strategies.

• Work collaboratively with Provider Onboarding, Provider Marketing, Provider Strategy, and Product teams to establish feedback loops aimed at improving the candidate experience.

• Implement process improvements based on insights from providers and internal stakeholders to enhance the overall recruiting experience, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development.

• You are exceptionally organized and adept at managing a high-volume process, juggling multiple interactions while ensuring attention to detail.

• You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrive on engaging with providers through phone, video, email, and chat.

• You can quickly grasp new processes and take ownership, comprehending detailed procedures immediately after explanation.

• You are a strong problem-solver, capable of thinking on your feet and providing innovative solutions to optimize processes.

• You have a passion for nutrition and wellness, motivated to assist others in enhancing their health by increasing access to high-quality care.

• You have thrived in fast-paced start-ups, especially in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or tech environments where quick thinking and adaptability are essential.
