Provider Publications, Communications Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Create, review, and distribute materials intended for providers, such as newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, and educational resources.

• Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, compliance teams, and client stakeholders to guarantee the accuracy and consistency of publications.

• Simplify complex healthcare policies, operational changes, and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable communications for providers.

• Oversee publication schedules, communication calendars, and approval processes to ensure materials are delivered on time.

• Assist in provider outreach and educational initiatives through written communications, presentations, webinars, and training resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in communications, publications, provider relations, healthcare operations, Medicaid programs, or a similar healthcare environment.

• Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proven experience in developing and managing publications aimed at providers, communication campaigns, or educational content.

• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare policy, provider services, managed care, or healthcare administration.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
