Provider Operations Coordinator – Health Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conducts thorough onboarding calls lasting 3–4 hours.

• Provides training to providers on EHR systems through screenshare.

• Oversees pre-call preparations and coordinates credentialing.

• Keeps a comprehensive multi-column tracker detailing each provider's onboarding process.

• Takes charge of onboarding independently within the initial month.

• Actively manages provider supply to ensure the company is never limited by capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider support, or roles involving provider coordination (preferably in telehealth, digital health, or healthcare BPO).

• Proven ability to independently conduct onboarding, training, or system walkthroughs for providers, clients, or professional audiences via screenshare, including multi-hour sessions.

• Proficient with screenshare and collaboration tools (such as Zoom, Google Meet, Google Workspace) and capable of quickly adapting to new software platforms.

• Experience managing and sustaining complex, multi-step workflows or trackers with over 15 data points (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet).

• Experience serving as the primary contact for providers, clients, or vendors throughout an end-to-end process.

• C1+ English proficiency (CEFR) for client-facing presentations and high-volume written communication with providers.
