Provider Growth Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for potential providers.

• Gain a thorough understanding of Grow's mission and value proposition.

• Handle a high-volume pipeline of prospective providers, conducting 5-6+ meetings daily.

• Collaborate with AI-driven tools that highlight priority providers.

• Maintain robust meeting-to-activation conversion rates.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and prompt follow-ups.

• Build meaningful relationships with providers.

• Adhere to provider vetting and disqualification standards.

• Consistently achieve and surpass weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.

• You have a strong passion for mental health and are eager to assist providers in establishing their own practices.

• You exhibit excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and thrive while managing a full daily meeting agenda.

• You possess a proven track record of managing and converting a large volume of inbound leads.

• You are comfortable operating in an AI-enabled setting.

• You adapt easily to change and enjoy learning new systems.

• You are a team player and enthusiastic about growing in a dynamic startup environment.

• Bonus: Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales position, especially in healthcare or SaaS, is a plus.
