Provider Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Accountable for aiding in the enrollment of providers into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program.

• Examine and process Medicaid, provider enrollment, and revalidation applications in accordance with Nevada Medicaid enrollment standards.

• Utilize various online platforms to assess and determine compliance with state requirements.

• Conduct and document outreach to providers via phone and email to ensure proper documentation for enrollment.

• Collaborate directly with the client to review and secure necessary approvals for applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a customer service position.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Capability to work independently and address problems/issues swiftly and effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in provider enrollment is highly preferred.
