Provider Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Assist with provider enrollment in the Nevada Medicaid Program.

• Assess and process Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications in accordance with Nevada Medicaid enrollment policies and federal and state regulations.

• Utilize various websites to evaluate applications and verify compliance with state requirements.

• Conduct outreach to providers via phone calls and emails, documenting all interactions.

• Confirm that providers submit all necessary and accurate documentation for successful enrollment.

• Collaborate directly with clients as needed to review and secure required approvals for applications and updates.

• At least two years of experience in a customer service position.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Capability to work independently and address problems or issues efficiently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Availability to work during business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
