Provider Enrollment Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Process cases submitted by providers for enrollment into the program.

• Review and handle provider requests for updating their information.

• Communicate with providers via email and internal software systems, with occasional phone communication as necessary.

• Collaborate with team members to facilitate the processing and quality assurance reviews of provider requests.

• Provide outstanding customer service internally, to providers, and to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, though not mandatory.

• A background in credentialing is a plus, but not essential.

• Experience with provider offices or healthcare institutions is highly desirable, but not required.

• Attributes such as kindness, empathy, collaboration, and teamwork are crucial.

• Ability to work scheduled shifts between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.

• Capability to work either four 10-hour shifts or one 8-hour shift within operating hours.
