This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Offer operational support and execute data maintenance and cleanup for various data transactions, ranging from basic to complex.

• Carry out data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and the implementation of new products.

• Update and maintain provider demographic and contract details in relevant systems to facilitate claims adjudication and provider directories.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to establish new networks and intricate contractual arrangements.

• Provide technical and/or functional leadership within the unit when necessary.

• Validate enhancements to the system.

• Identify, investigate, and perform root cause analyses on provider data issues and trends.

• Work cross-functionally to propose process improvements.

• Conduct and oversee audits of provider information.

• Escalate issues for resolution when appropriate.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in maintaining information across multiple databases.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a provider data service role.

• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.

• Proven capability to work effectively in a production environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Proven track record of prioritizing work and multitasking in a dynamic environment.

• Proven success in collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations.

• Experience in providing clear and concise written and verbal communications.

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• Experience with EPDB is preferred.
