This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +7 more states.
• Design and oversee provider compensation programs to foster organizational success.
• Spearhead the development and execution of compensation plans that align with market standards, organizational viability, and legal regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership regarding workforce planning.
• Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, Legal, compliance, and operational leaders to align compensation strategies with the organization's objectives.
• Lead communication and educational initiatives to enhance transparency among providers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance while facilitating recruitment, retention, and performance initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in areas such as provider compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and/or project and change management.
• Proficient in various forecasting and modeling techniques.
