Provider – Care Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee provider schedules and manage daily routing tasks.

• Handle provider assignments and enhance utilization efficiency.

• Engage with Care partners to verify schedules, patient census, and any operational modifications.

• Collaborate with Care partners, MAs, and Dispatch teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

• Assist in provider onboarding and ensure operational preparedness.

• Track daily operational KPIs and proactively address any scheduling or service challenges.

• Keep precise operational records and reporting.

• Identify operational risks and suggest improvements to processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A B.Pharm or PharmD degree from a recognized Egyptian university.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical customer service, or US-facing healthcare BPO. New graduates with strong English skills and a customer-focused approach will also be considered.

• Proficient in written and spoken English. A neutral accent is preferred; clarity and warmth are essential.

• Availability and capability to work during US Pacific Time hours.

• Adherence to the US holiday calendar. This team observes US federal holidays instead of Egyptian holidays. You will work on Egyptian public holidays unless they coincide with US holidays, and you will have days off when the US observes holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.).

• Strong proficiency with modern tools — CRM, task management, communication platforms — and an AI-forward mindset, as Care Partners collaborate with AI on a daily basis.

• Attention to detail, disciplined in processes, and able to remain calm under pressure.

• Reliable home internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a dedicated laptop setup suitable for remote voice work.

• Must be based in Egypt and hold valid work authorization.

• Base salary: $700 USD/month, along with a monthly performance bonus of up to $400/month based on operational KPIs.
