This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate new orders by following standard work procedures and specific client SOP guidelines.
• Communicate any delays, issues, and updates to customers through both verbal and written channels.
• Update, oversee, and/or modify airway bills utilizing both initial and advanced training.
• Arrange driver coverage for any segment of an order as needed.
• Utilize training and extensive knowledge to devise innovative solutions for both common and unique challenges.
• Promptly acknowledge and address all email, phone, and text inquiries.
• Achieve minimum metric benchmarks and customer service expectations for an entry-level role.
• Capability to adhere to standard work practices and client-specific SOP guidelines.
• Ability to swiftly transition between various critical tasks.
• Competence in accurately verifying that job milestones are completed correctly and punctually.
• Proficiency in navigating and interpreting Airline booking and tracking websites.
• Capacity to follow all process and communication protocols across multiple platforms.
• Ability to remain independently informed by reviewing all communications provided through company platforms.
