Protheus Consultant, TOTVS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and enhance business processes, with a particular emphasis on the TOTVS Protheus ERP;

• Conduct system parameterization, configuration modifications, and provide technical assistance;

• Facilitate the integration of Protheus with other platforms through Webservices and APIs;

• Assist users in utilizing the system by offering training and support;

• Oversee updates, version transitions, and optimize system performance;

• Ensure ERP functions align with the distinct requirements of each business sector.

• In-depth knowledge of the key modules of TOTVS Protheus:

• Finance

• Invoicing

• Purchasing

• Inventory

• Tax Books

• Personnel Management (HR)

• Time and Attendance

• TAF

• Robust understanding of business processes and organizational structure;

• Proven experience in technical support and ongoing system enhancement;

• Familiarity with integrations via Webservices and APIs;

• Analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach;

• Excellent communication skills and the capability to discern user needs.
