This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the entire engagement lifecycle β from technical discovery to scoping, ETL execution, and delivery β acting as the sole accountable owner for each customer account.
β’ Conduct discovery and intake discussions with city operations and IT teams; create Scoping Summaries that effectively translate field realities into precise technical specifications.
β’ Facilitate weekly customer check-ins, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and addressing issues proactively before they escalate.
β’ Act as the main technical liaison for your accounts, fostering trusted relationships with utility and contractor stakeholders.
β’ Manage legacy data migrations into Pioneer, ensuring the quality of inspection data is validated at every stage of the process.
β’ Set up and configure CMMS integrations (Cityworks, Cartegraph) with the SewerAI API.
β’ Utilize AI-assisted tools and the ProServe CLI/SDK to script, map, and transform customer data β with Engineering support as necessary.
β’ Develop reusable scripts and patterns over time, making future engagements more efficient and consistent.
β’ Implement NASSCO coding standards (PACP/LACP/MACP) to verify inspection data submitted by customers prior to migration.
β’ Identify and address data quality issues β such as coding errors, format discrepancies, and incomplete submissions β in collaboration with the customer and internal teams.
β’ Keep detailed documentation of engagement activities, data decisions, and delivery results.
β’ Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Product, and Engineering to gather customer feedback, highlight data edge cases, and continually enhance the ProServe delivery process.
β’ Practical field experience in sewer or wastewater inspection (CCTV, SSES, or related programs).
β’ Direct experience handling inspection data and submissions β including coding, QAQC, exports, or data management β for a contractor, utility, or engineering firm.
β’ Proficient in NASSCO standards; PACP/LACP/MACP certification is preferred, or possess the capability to certify promptly.
β’ Preferred: previous experience in contracting, utilities, or engineering consulting; any familiarity with scripting, SQL, or data tools, even at a hobbyist level.
