Proposals Manager – Pharmacovigilance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic support and lead the creation of proposals, which includes developing support strategies and spearheading TCs.

• Gather proposal input from a diverse range of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, operational teams, finance, legal, and senior management.

• Conduct quality control and review stakeholder feedback effectively.

• Deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business ventures.

• Participate in departmental meetings, including global RFP Triage, P&C internal discussions, and other ad-hoc calls.

• Assist and engage in Proposals training, which encompasses onboarding new staff and ongoing training for existing personnel, including those outside the P&C team.

• Aid in the coordination, development, negotiation, and execution of client contracts and change orders for key accounts and opportunities.

• Contribute to the establishment of standardized procedures at the departmental level and assist in streamlining processes for proposal preparation and efficient turnaround times.

• Foster the development of junior staff by organizing lessons learned sessions and ongoing education programs to enhance team performance and growth.

• Support process improvement initiatives that lead to the creation of highly accurate and effective costs and proposals.

• Ensure that Senior Management is suitably involved in quality control and contributions to Key Opportunities, with their strategies communicated effectively to the client.

• Promote ongoing departmental process enhancements and take part in special projects as assigned, alongside regular duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing proposals and managing budgets within the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sector.

• Experience in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or with PV providers is an advantage.
