This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and maintain the company's proposal content library and knowledge management platform.
• Develop content governance frameworks, review cycles, ownership models, and metrics for content health.
• Ensure that proposal content is accurate, compliant, up-to-date, and aligns with company messaging, product strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Create standards for content structure, metadata, tagging, and taxonomy.
• Manage and enhance content for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, executive summaries, solution overviews, and customer presentations.
• Develop and maintain approved response templates and reusable content assets.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to enhance answer quality and competitive differentiation.
• Work in partnership with Product Marketing, Product Management, Security, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
• Organize quarterly content reviews with designated content owners.
• Promote the usage of AI-driven proposal tools and content automation capabilities.
• Utilize AI to identify content gaps, eliminate duplicate responses, enhance answer quality, suggest updates, and improve searchability.
• Assess and implement technologies that enhance proposal efficiency and content quality.
• Monitor and report on content utilization, search effectiveness, content freshness, question reuse, time-to-response improvements, and the productivity of the proposal team.
• Create dashboards and executive reports that reflect content performance and proposal effectiveness.
• Develop customer-ready proposal templates, playbooks, and self-service resources.
• Provide training for proposal managers, account executives, solution engineers, and other stakeholders on proposal content tools and repositories.
• Enhance sales productivity through accessible, reliable, and easy-to-consume content.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in proposal management, content management, knowledge management, sales enablement, or related SaaS roles.
• Proven experience in supporting RFP, RFI, DDQ, security review, or procurement processes.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content organization abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
• Familiarity with proposal automation platforms such as Responsive, Loopio, RFPIO, Ombud, or similar tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is essential.
• Preferred experience in a B2B SaaS company, particularly those with $100M+ in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Knowledge of AI-enabled content management platforms.
• Understanding of sales methodologies and enterprise software procurement processes.
• Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, SharePoint, Confluence, and modern content management platforms.
• Proven experience in developing content governance programs from the ground up.
• Annual base salary ranging from USD $61,200.00 to $84,000.00 per year.
• Eligibility to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to the base salary.
