📋 Description

• Assist Navitus in acquiring and retaining clients by crafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and various sales-related documents tailored to diverse client audiences.

• Engage in sales support activities, which may include project coordination (planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating), follow-up correspondence, and reporting.

• Apply expert-level writing, grammatical, and editorial skills to ensure all written outputs reflect tactical, strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisions.

• Possess a deep understanding of target markets and trends for business units, continuously enhancing knowledge on how products and services may be utilized in these markets.

• Leverage strong project management skills to initiate, gather, and deliver analytical tasks in collaboration with cross-functional subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Exhibit attention to detail and strong time management capabilities by creating and adhering to strict timelines.

• Assist in managing proposal content and departmental processes to keep materials up-to-date and competitive.

• Contribute to the departmental objective of enhancing efficiency and effectiveness by identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related discipline, along with relevant proposal management experience is required.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in the following areas: writing creative, concise, strategically sound, and persuasive proposals (writing samples and a writing test will be required), developing and executing complex winning business strategies with a consultative-sales approach, producing quality outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment characterized by tight deadlines, and strategic proposal content development and project management experience or similar relevant experience.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products is essential.

• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
