This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the proposal team and the proposal process

• Collaborate to create tailored proposals, qualifications statements, and information requests for commercial and government sectors

• Manage the assignment, delegation, submission, distribution, and production processes for proposals

• Execute quality control measures, including personal review of a minimum of 25% of proposals prior to submission

• Enhance proposal systems, resume content, standard templates, and profiles of previous experiences

• Develop approved master materials that adhere to corporate branding standards

• Generate weekly and monthly management and pipeline reports

• Cultivate relationships with potential teaming partners

• Act as the primary liaison for the business development team

• Supervise proposal deadlines and coordinate technical responses with Technical Operations

• Ensure that technical strategies and qualifications align with client objectives and RFP specifications

• Position Bureau Veritas as the preferred consultant for each opportunity

• Organize and monitor the production of proposal and qualifications packages

• Handle key information entry into Vision and the CRM platform

• Plan the assembly and delivery of proposals, including action lists and task timelines

• Develop and maintain government Standard Form 330 Architect and Engineer qualifications statements

• Manage project, client, and consultant information in firm-wide databases

• Coordinate technical marketing communication materials and complete writing assignments

• Assist with the formatting, reproduction, and distribution of technical marketing materials

• Keep records of attendance, leads, budgets, and event cost forecasts

• Create marketing literature and support materials for conventions

• Participate in conventions and trade shows

• Develop marketing materials for special projects

• Supervise team members, including training, task assignments, performance reviews, handling complaints, and resolving problems

• Safeguard confidential company information and provide timely, proactive customer service

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field; a minimum of five years of relevant experience

• Alternatively, eight years of related experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience

• Experience with Salesforce is mandatory

• Strong proficiency in Adobe CS, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential

• Competence in operating a computer and familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software

• Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures

• Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing inquiries from clients, colleagues, and technical staff

• Proficient in identifying issues, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing accurate conclusions

• Skilled in interpreting a wide range of instructions and managing both abstract and concrete variables

• Ability to inspire, develop, and lead people

• Excellent time management abilities

• Proficient critical thinking capabilities

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
