Proposal Specialist – US, Canada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Bid writing and coordination: overseeing and crafting responses for bids, which vary in size and complexity from single-country/service lines to multi-country total talent solutions across recruitment process outsourcing, contingent talent solutions, managed service provider, executive search, talent consulting, research, and advisory service lines - collaborating with the guidance of the Bid Manager.

• Content production: Establishing, designing, creating, modifying, and maintaining core RFx responses and materials within the Share Point library, across various service lines in partnership with Sales/Solutions/Marketing SMEs.

• Content management: Aiding in the management of proposal content in line with quarterly review protocols and closely collaborating with SMEs across the organization to ensure content remains current and aligned with market trends.

• Proposal and presentation support: crafting high-quality documents and presentations that showcase compelling, creative, and innovative propositions for potential and existing clients.

• Ad-hoc Growth Ops support: Occasionally required to assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for current clients.

• Possess a solid understanding of Wilson’s offerings and delivery organization.

• Experience in design adhering to brand guidelines (ideally with the ability to creatively deviate while remaining within brand boundaries).

• Strong communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, involving input from various colleagues within the organization.

• Advanced and adaptive writing skills, with a strong focus on clarity, completeness, and the capacity to translate abstract sales and executive leadership directions into coherent, comprehensive, and understandable text.

• Demonstrates adaptability to change and flexibility when priorities or directions shift.

• Functions effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of working independently.

• Proven track record in the staffing and recruiting (recruitment process outsourcing) industry, or a related/similar field within professional services.

• Proficient in English (native language not necessary) with the ability to adjust content to suit different regional variations.
