Proposal Solutions Architect – HHS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Guide the development of technical solutions for HHS and federal healthcare initiatives.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams to create competitive technical strategies.

• Write technical proposal sections, executive summaries, management strategies, and solution narratives.

• Conduct interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert complex technical ideas into clear, compliant, and persuasive proposal content.

• Create solution architectures, implementation strategies, staffing plans, and transition plans.

• Engage in proposal reviews, customer solution discussions, and capture efforts.

• Assume additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to support team goals and ensure project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in designing enterprise IT solutions for federal healthcare or civilian government programs.

• More than 5 years of experience in capture support, proposal development, technical solutioning, and writing technical volumes.

• Proven experience assisting HHS agencies (such as CMS, NIH, CDC, FDA) or other federal civilian healthcare organizations through technical solutioning, capture, and proposal development.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, application modernization, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data management, and AI technologies.

• Strong skills in technical writing, communication, and collaboration.
