This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Ensuring that opportunities align with complexity guidelines and that bid processes are consistently adhered to.
• Leading improvement initiatives to enhance the future bid process and governance.
• Maintaining a forecast pipeline of forthcoming projects to highlight high-priority deals and identify when additional resources may be required.
• Responsible for line management of team members to oversee their daily needs, professional development, and training for the future.
• Collaborating with sales, solutions, and business stakeholders as necessary to guarantee that Strada proposals are thorough, complete, and optimize our win rates (and revenue generated).
• Providing support for the Director – Bids & Proposals as necessary.
• Engaging in ad hoc projects globally and across other sectors when required.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a Bid or Proposal Management role demonstrating proven success.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• APMP Practitioner accreditation or an equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Proposal Management systems (Loopio is preferred), CRM platforms (Salesforce is preferred), and reporting tools (PowerBI or Salesforce is preferred).
• Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Understanding of international public bidding processes.
