Proposal Operations Analyst – Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Responds to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by addressing inquiries, analyzing and summarizing costs, and supplying additional information as required by the customer.

• Collaborates with various departments including sales, infosec, finance, legal, product, engineering, implementation, and marketing to oversee ongoing business workflows and the sales process.

• Reviews, accurately fills out, and maintains the company's security posture documentation to effectively respond to third-party risk assessments and expedite the sales cycle.

• Learns to utilize Responsive software for importing security questionnaires for Analysts and may assist with basic questionnaire completion.

• May update the proposal system, including pricing, proposal status, important dates, and tracking.

• May actively participate in or facilitate projects and initiatives led by the Revenue Operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer relations, organizational, technical, and project management skills.

• Capable of using independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.

• Willingness to learn formal Request for Proposal (RFP) procedures.

• Strong proficiency in software and PC applications, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn additional programs such as Salesforce and JIRA.

• Ability to thrive in a small team environment.
