• Strong **leadership in proposal development and project management abilities**, encompassing the facilitation of color team reviews (Pink/Red/Gold) and ensuring accountability among SMEs.
• Knowledgeable in **cybersecurity and IT service areas** (e.g., Zero Trust, ICAM, SASE, DLP) and adept at translating technical concepts into clear value propositions.
• Capacity to **oversee multiple simultaneous proposals under tight deadlines** while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
• Experience in constructing and enhancing **proposal infrastructure**, including content libraries, past performance documentation, resumes, and reusable assets.
• A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to **align proposals with capture strategy and competitive positioning** to enhance win probability.
• Demonstrated experience in managing **U.S. Federal Government proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI)** with a robust understanding of FAR/DFARS and evaluation criteria (LPTA and Best Value).
