This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• The Proposal Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating every aspect of the proposal response lifecycle, acting as the primary liaison between Sales and internal stakeholders to create compliant, engaging, and brand-consistent submissions.
• This position oversees schedules, facilitates input from subject matter experts (SMEs), mitigates risks, and manages the final production process to ensure that all deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted punctually.
• The Proposal Manager collaborates closely with various stakeholders throughout the organization, including Sales, Contracts, Legal, Security, HR, Product, and Client Success, to gather inputs, verify requirements, and compile high-quality responses.
• Oversees and directs all facets of RFP/RFI/proposal coordination from start to finish, serving as a liaison among all business units necessary to fulfill response requirements (e.g., Sales, Contracts, Legal, Security, HR, Product, Client Success).
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; additional certification in Project Management or Proposal Management (e.g., APMP) is advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in proposal coordination and/or project management experience working with various internal and external groups; at least 4+ years of experience writing sales proposals and/or responding to RFPs, including large-scale, complex bids (valued at US$500K+) with demonstrated success.
• Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in deadline-driven environments; strong written communication and editing skills; adept at influencing and facilitating discussions; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (including styles and mid-to-high level formatting), Outlook, and Excel; and familiarity with collaboration tools and conducting online meetings.
