This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Take charge of the entire proposal lifecycle, from the initial pursuit kickoff to the final submission, overseeing both the process and writing aspects β which include managing timelines, conducting reviews, and coordinating with the team to ensure every submission is compliant and of high quality.
β’ Oversee multiple simultaneous proposal initiatives spanning various government solicitations, such as RFPs, RFIs, White Papers, Grants, BAAs, Task Orders, IDIQ contracts, OTAs, and SBIR/STTR programs.
β’ Ensure adherence to procurement regulations including FAR, DFARS, GSA schedules, and GWACs during all submissions.
β’ Investigate and pinpoint strategic government opportunities that align with Spear AI's business goals, proactively managing the pipeline.
β’ Cultivate a thorough understanding of Spear AI's products and capabilities to independently craft compelling technical and operational content for proposals and white papers.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to build trust, understand each team's narrative, and translate expert insights into persuasive proposal content.
β’ Conduct interviews with subject matter experts, synthesizing their insights into clear, customized narratives, proactively connecting the dots rather than waiting for others to fill in the gaps.
β’ Oversee collaborative proposal activities with prime contractors and subcontractors, ensuring strategic alignment throughout the process.
β’ Continuously enhance and optimize Spear AI's proposal development processes and best practices to boost competitiveness and increase monthly output.
β’ A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
β’ Over 4 years of experience managing proposals for local, state, and federal government projects.
β’ In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and contract vehicles, including RFP, RFI, RFQ, SBIR/STTR, IDIQ, GWAC, BAA, OTA, and CRADA.
β’ Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FAR and DFARS.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple proposal submissions simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
β’ Proficiency in proposal writing and editing, including the ability to structure narratives that connect technical expertise to evaluation criteria.
β’ Excellent stakeholder partnership and interviewing capabilities β adept at earning trust, asking relevant questions, and transforming expert input into engaging prose.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to convey complex technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
