This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Address RFI/RFPs and other deliverables to assist the sales process.
• Manage the RFP response database, ensuring it is updated with the latest high-quality responses.
• Collaborate with members of the Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
• Offer administrative support to the sales team, primarily utilizing the Salesforce.com platform.
• 4-7 years of experience in preparing proposal submissions and/or bid documents.
• 4-7 years of experience in sales or field operations is advantageous.
• Previous experience with a technology or SaaS Software company is preferred.
• Strong understanding of internet-hosted applications, highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking.
• Experience in collaborating with both business and technical teams.
• Capability to maintain high productivity levels in a fast-paced team environment while juggling multiple competing priorities.
• Experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs.
• Familiarity with proposal management tools such as RFPIO/Responsive.
