This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a team of application engineers dedicated to defense-oriented programs.

• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales project lifecycle.

• Serve as a primary technical liaison with defense clients, primary contractors, and internal teams.

• Oversee engineering resources, priorities, and workloads across various concurrent programs.

• Clearly present intricate technical concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field from an accredited institution.

• At least 10 years of progressive engineering experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading technical teams.

• Proven experience working within defense, naval, or government-funded projects.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
