This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Review and verify adherence to the requirements outlined in RFP (Request for Proposal).
• Oversee and monitor proposal schedules, deliverables, and submission timelines.
• Complete necessary forms and documentation (such as W9 and other compliance paperwork).
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect required information and verify completeness.
• Develop and format RFP responses utilizing organizational templates (e.g., Highstreet template).
• Gather, edit, and organize content from various contributors.
• Ensure uniformity, clarity, and a professional appearance of all proposal documents.
• Submit finalized proposals in accordance with client specifications and guidelines.
• Maintain and improve boilerplate content for future proposal use.
• Assist in crafting and formatting sales presentations with PowerPoint.
• Aid in documentation tasks, including writing and refining standard response content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Strong proofreading skills (covering grammar, spelling, voice, tense, etc.) and experience formatting documents, tables, and graphics in Word.
• Competency in Adobe Acrobat for creating and merging PDF files.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies and digital platforms.
• Exposure to AI tools for content creation, formatting, or enhancing productivity.
• Understanding of Oracle systems or enterprise applications.
