This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Proposal Architect acts as a vital link between Revenue Generation and Implementation.
• Facilitate a seamless and well-informed transition from prospect to client.
• Analyze prospective clients’ existing QuickBooks files and/or financial statements to pinpoint risks, complexities, and discussion topics for the File Review call.
• Engage in the File Review call, gather essential insights, and create proposal documents that accurately represent the client’s requirements, scope, and estimated efforts.
• Compile and provide all necessary documentation to the Implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Stay involved after the handoff to address offboarding inquiries, gain insights from outcomes, refine assumptions, and enhance the proposal and sales process continuously.
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a Client Accounting Services (CAS) setting.
• Familiarity with implementation processes and procedures is preferred.
• Strong understanding of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting fundamentals and practical experience in reviewing accounting system data and workflows (QuickBooks or similar) is required.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to distill complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations and solutions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in prioritizing workload and adapting to project demands.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
• Comfortable interacting with various personality types.
• Work from home, W-2 position.
