Proposal and Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Prepare, revise, and finalize compelling proposals that effectively convey the value proposition.

• Take the lead on RFx bid team projects as the proposal manager from the assignment stage to submission.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and support the sales process.

• Coordinate with discipline leaders and various teams to produce customer-facing proposals.

• Maintain a repository of previously used proposal and security materials for future reference.

• Comprehend customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives to customize proposed solution content.

• Address intricate technical security questionnaires for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Several years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, creative writing, content management, product marketing, or sales enablement is preferred.

• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to tailor content to meet specific client needs.

• Effective mentality for educating sales and operations on essential processes and product offerings.

• Capability to work under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in the Office365 suite.
