This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and assess relevant project opportunities on platforms like Upwork and other lead sources.
• Thoroughly review client specifications and create customized, high-quality proposals that meet their needs.
• Write, enhance, and optimize proposal content to guarantee clarity, strong positioning, and alignment with our brand voice.
• Manage outreach efforts and uphold timely, professional communication with prospective clients.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics, including timing and response rates, ensuring consistent daily output.
• Analyze data from proposal activities to uncover trends and refine conversion strategies.
• Collaborate closely with developers to accurately depict technical capabilities in proposals.
• Provide regular updates and insights to management regarding pipeline activities and outcomes.
• Experience in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong English writing proficiency (minimum B2 to C1 level).
• Proven experience in client acquisition, outreach, and drafting leads.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar applications.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
• A degree in Business Analytics or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience in technical writing or collaboration with developers is a significant advantage.
