Property Procurement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement procurement strategies that prioritize value within Property Investment, Maintenance, and Statutory Compliance.

• Maintain top-tier commercial practices, oversee contractor performance management, and foster robust supplier relationships.

• Develop category strategies and manage competitive sourcing activities.

• Ensure that all procurement choices yield comprehensive value, adhere to compliance standards, and align with the organization's objectives.

• Oversee tendering processes, evaluate contractor performance, and provide innovative solutions to enhance the Property agenda.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading procurement initiatives in property, construction, facilities management, or multi-site settings.

• Strong commercial insight along with experience in managing tenders, selecting suppliers, and negotiating contracts.

• Expertise in supplier performance management, relationship development, and stakeholder influence.

• In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, sustainability practices, and environmental factors.

• Exceptional financial and analytical capabilities, including cost modeling and data analysis.

• Proficient in procurement software and Excel; a professional procurement qualification (such as CIPS or in progress) is highly desirable.
