This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Engage with tenants regarding maintenance issues, payment matters, and general questions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and law firms as necessary.
• Prepare and dispatch tenant communications, subject to client review when appropriate.
• Assist in the daily operations of the property management firm.
• Manage property access and logistics as required.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests to guarantee prompt resolution.
• Keep precise records of tenant interactions, agreements, and property-related documentation.
• Undertake additional responsibilities associated with the role.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, internal leaders, service providers, and prospective clients.
• Prior experience in roles such as Assistant, Operations Specialist, or Data Entry.
• Experience in property management is advantageous (not mandatory, but a quick learner is essential).
• Superior email etiquette and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Drive, and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
• Creative thinker, proactive, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
• Positive attitude with the ability to learn and adapt swiftly.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours for at least four hours.
