Property Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire onboarding process from handover to the go-live stage.

• Serve as the main contact for landlords throughout the onboarding period.

• Coordinate the readiness of properties, including photography, key handovers, and setup tasks.

• Assist landlords with the necessary onboarding documentation and operational needs.

• List newly acquired properties on relevant platforms and internal systems.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management to synchronize onboarding timelines and requirements.

• Manage scheduling, inspections, onboarding checklists, and the resolution of issues.

• Perform quality control checks to confirm that properties adhere to Nestify standards.

• Monitor onboarding progress to ensure that deadlines and milestones are achieved.

• Keep accurate records and documentation related to onboarding.

• Identify and address onboarding challenges to minimize delays in going live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or C2).

• Familiarity with booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com (preferred).

• Technologically proficient and adept at using various software applications.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Keen attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.

• Capability to manage multiple properties and onboarding projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate is a plus.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UK Time.
