Property Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the entire onboarding procedure for new properties.

• Ensure that all necessary onboarding tasks are completed accurately and promptly.

• Confirm that property details, including content, images, descriptions, amenities, and operational information, are accurately uploaded and configured.

• Collaborate with teams in Revenue Management, Marketing, Operations, and Owner Relations to guarantee successful property launches.

• Ensure a seamless and error-free offboarding process.

• Monitor progress and maintain transparency on all ongoing onboarding and offboarding initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, property management, hospitality, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and operational software platforms.
