This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and consistently enhance structured onboarding initiatives tailored to each Revenue position (SDR, AE, Field Sales, Expansion Sales).
• Conduct virtual training sessions, manage LMS content, and collaborate with hiring managers and P&C to guarantee a smooth day-one experience.
• Ensure visibility between enablement and the business. Construct progress dashboards, establish standardized coaching plan frameworks for managers, perform regular check-ins, and analyze ramp data to identify trends and highlight at-risk new hires early on.
• Sustain and grow Tekmetric's AI role-play scenario library, collaborate with Revenue leaders and subject matter experts to create new scenarios, oversee assignment and sequencing in the LMS, and monitor completion and scoring data to enhance content and report outcomes to leadership.
• Serve as a reliable partner to Revenue organizational leaders. Facilitate ongoing stakeholder meetings to assess onboarding effectiveness, work alongside Revenue Ops, P&C, and IT on system provisioning, and act as the internal advocate for the new hire experience.
• Assist in the execution of promotional readiness programs (e.g., SDR-to-AE) by helping with scheduling, content preparation, and LMS assignments. Ensure the onboarding curriculum aligns with promotional competency requirements from day one.
• Manage the Revenue organization's LMS — overseeing user provisioning, course assignments, completion tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement on optimizing the platform.
• Minimum of 2 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or a closely related field.
• Proven capability to design and implement structured onboarding or training programs — not merely maintain existing ones.
• Strong project management abilities managing multiple programs and stakeholders.
• Experience with administering an LMS or similar learning technology platform.
• Comfortable with data — able to generate reports, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with a strong inclination for organization and documentation.
• High proficiency with AI tools (Claude and Google Gemini preferred).
