This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary liaison for designated new League Operators from the moment they finalize their operating agreement until they place their inaugural league order.
• Engage in consistent communication with operators through phone, email, and text to deliver proactive updates, guidance, and support.
• Adhere to established onboarding workflows to assist operators through each phase of setup, recognizing when additional assistance or interactions are necessary.
• Evaluate operator preparedness and ascertain the level of support each operator requires to effectively manage their first season.
• Ensure operators uphold program compliance and follow RCX standards throughout the onboarding journey.
• Maintain precise records and notes in Salesforce, documenting progress, critical decisions, and challenges to facilitate a smooth transition to long-term Account Managers post-season one.
• Support the onboarding team in reporting and resolving operational, logistical, and system-related issues affecting assigned accounts during the onboarding phase.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate pain points or obstacles that could impede operator success, collaborating with internal teams to help devise solutions and process enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with League Success, Fulfillment, and Technology teams to guarantee a synchronized and effective onboarding experience.
• Aid data-driven decision-making by providing insights and feedback from onboarding experiences to enhance future processes and training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Communications, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience as a league operator or owner, or sports director at a national organization.
• 1-2 years of direct experience with youth sports leagues, recreational programs, club operations, or community sports organizations.
• Previous experience in managing customer relationships in a service-oriented environment (sports management, education, SaaS, or franchise support).
• Hands-on participation in planning, coordinating, or executing sports events, camps, or tournaments.
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of a youth sports season (registration, scheduling, equipment, gameplay).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to offer proactive updates and guidance through multiple channels.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally across various departments.
• Commitment to customer service excellence.
• Proficient data management and documentation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce (preferred).
