Onboarding Class Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions focused on classroom management and instructional techniques.

• Offer advice regarding organizational policies and procedures.

• Act as a resource for new employees, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.

• Conduct follow-ups with new hires to ensure their seamless integration into the organization and achievement of performance goals.

• Keep precise records of employee onboarding and training activities.

• Foster and sustain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders involved in the onboarding process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in onboarding, training, or human resources.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong skills in organization and project management.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Eagerness to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, along with implementing tools and software for more efficient workflows.

• Experience working in a multicultural team is a plus.
