📋 Description

• Guide and cultivate a team of Onboarding Consultants to achieve high performance

• Take ownership of performance metrics and strategic direction for designated segments

• Propel operational enhancements and establish scalable processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful results

• Serve as the subject matter expert in onboarding practices

• Over 4 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or operational leadership roles

• At least 2 years of experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams

• Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise-level implementations

• Strong leadership capabilities grounded in data analysis

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Capacity to represent the company in high-pressure discussions
