This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Respond to and handle all incoming phone calls swiftly and professionally.
β’ Address general inquiries, accurately record messages, and direct calls to the relevant team members.
β’ Answer client and tenant questions regarding property listings, inspections, or appointments.
β’ Oversee appointment scheduling, property viewings, and calendar management.
β’ Update client records, inquiries, and call logs within the CRM system.
β’ Collaborate with agents, property managers, and other staff as necessary.
β’ Uphold a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality.
β’ Provide light administrative support, such as email communications and data entry, when needed.
β’ Experience: At least 2 years as a Virtual Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant (ideally in real estate).
β’ Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication abilities (both written and spoken).
β’ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and knowledgeable about CRM tools.
β’ Customer Service: Warm, professional, and self-assured phone demeanor.
β’ Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and capacity to multitask.
β’ Prior experience in a real estate firm (either residential or commercial).
β’ Familiarity with property management systems or CRMs (e.g., Rex, PropertyMe, or similar).
