Property Management Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of a property management team.

• Supervise Virtual Assistants to ensure that daily tasks are executed effectively across leasing, maintenance coordination, collections, and administrative functions.

• Act as a liaison between front-line team members and upper management.

• Provide guidance, accountability, and operational support while fostering performance improvements and process enhancements.

• Oversee leasing, collections, maintenance dispatching, and administrative activities.

• Ensure that rental inquiries are addressed promptly.

• Monitor lead conversion rates, applications, approvals, move-ins, and occupancy statistics.

• Oversee the daily posting of rental advertisements on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and other rental sites.

• Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns to enhance lead generation and occupancy rates.

• Track advertising campaign performance and suggest improvements.

• Review guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports.

• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completion.

• Manage and supervise team members while providing daily performance coaching.

• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to enhance occupancy and collections.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in apartment, multifamily, or residential property management.

• Experience in supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections personnel, and administrative staff.

• Strong understanding of leasing, rent collections, renewals, notices, delinquency follow-up, work-order management, and occupancy management.

• Experience managing virtual teams and remote employees.

• Background in marketing and advertising, including rental ad posting on various platforms.

• Proficient in creating and managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, and similar rental-listing services.

• Strong leadership experience is highly preferred; candidates with outstanding property marketing and advertising skills will also be considered.

• Excellent reporting and organizational abilities.

• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours and communicating effectively in English.
