Property Management Project and Maintenance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee routine maintenance requests from initiation to completion.

• Diagnose maintenance problems and identify the suitable repair solutions.

• Allocate qualified vendors based on availability, quality, pricing, and expertise.

• Arrange repair schedules with homeowners, residents, and vendors.

• Supervise work orders to guarantee timely completion and proactively address delays.

• Manage capital improvement projects such as roofing, fencing, HVAC systems, flooring, painting, plumbing, appliance replacements, and other property enhancements.

• Coordinate emergency restoration projects related to water, fire, mold, storm, or biohazard damages.

• Create project timelines and track progress until completion.

• Relay repair recommendations, project updates, costs, and timelines to homeowners.

• Foster relationships with approved vendors.

• Evaluate estimates for thoroughness and cost efficiency.

• Ensure completed work adheres to company quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, project coordination, construction coordination, or property management.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding customer service and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

• Familiarity with AppFolio.

• Experience with LeadSimple.

• Background in residential property management.

• Experience in residential construction or restoration.

• Knowledge of insurance restoration or claims coordination.
