• Oversee multiple active properties, communication channels, and deadlines concurrently while upholding organized records and prompt response times.
• Perform rental market analysis and create pricing summaries.
• Develop and sustain precise property listings.
• Address tenant inquiries within 24 hours.
• Distribute and monitor pre-screening questionnaires for prospective tenants.
• Organize inspection scheduling and facilitate move-in processes.
• Supervise and track rent payments, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Record and classify maintenance requests and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Monitor lease expiration timelines and manage renewal processes.
• Ensure effective communication across various platforms and keep records updated in real-time.
• Proficient in Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous hands-on experience in property management operations.
• Experience in direct tenant communication.
• Familiarity with coordinating vendors, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring operational follow-through.
• Ability to work across multiple platforms simultaneously while maintaining task visibility.
• Capable of independently managing deadlines, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Excellent written communication skills with quick response times.
• Strong attention to operational details and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced remote setting with US-aligned working hours.
